A first for me. Any advice?
Will there be ticketed seminar-like events to worry about conflicting with ADR/FP+ that I should keep eyes posted for news release?
There is a festival center. Most of the demonstrations and events I believe involved gardening techniques and presentations from HGTV.
If I plan on being at the festival I do not make any ADRs. For me the addition of the food booths a few years ago made this a “must do” for me.

Yeah, For the last two years I tried to eat meals by sampling things from the different food booths for all my Epcot meals in the spring.
Regarding the things at the Festival Center, I believe last year the Center was only open on weekends and I think it was no longer sponsored by HGTV. I don’t recall if the gardening seminars still went on or not, but if they did, then they were much less frequent than in years past.
