We just received our Magic Bands in the mail for our upcoming trip (11/30 - 12/4). We booked a MYW+Dining through the WDW website. Is there anything that we need to do with our Magic Bands? How do I know if all my info (like FastPass+ reservations) is stored in them? Thanks in advance…

Really nothing you need to do but if you are flying do not store them in your checked baggage. You will need to have the MB scanned when you get to Magical Express. All your information is on your MDE account. Nothing is stored on the band but the resort will also scan your band to link your room key (maybe- it seems as if they are changing the dorm scans and they may just link to your profile from a smart phone?).
