Hello!
I have a split stay coming up in February…3 nights club at Porto Fino and 4 nights in an exterior entry family suite at Cabana Bay.
Does anyone have advice on a room request/location at either hotel? Is it even possible to make room requests like you can at Disney?

When I booked my trip at the time of checkout there was a “room request” section. It asked what floor I wanted, close to elevator & etc… (Endless Summer - Dockside)
If you didn’t see it, give Universal a call. You shouldn’t be on hold more than a couple minutes… (no 3+ hour wait on the phone like Disney!! 
)
