I forgot to order my tickets from UT and my FFP+ date is tomorrow. Should I just add tickets to my existing reservation? Can I remove tickets from reservation and add the UT ones without loosing my FP+ picks?

I do not think Disney will allow you to cancel you tickets. You can save them for another trip, or reassign them to someone else if they have not been used. I am answering hoping to bump up your question.
Depends on your ticket choice. We got ours from UT but it really wasn’t a huge saving. I think getting in on your 60 day window is more important, particularly if you want the hard to snag FPP’s
