Planning for 5-day DCL Fantasy cruise in July 2026.
I booked “Remy Brunch” and “Chocolate & Liquor Tasting (21+)” on our Nassau day (probably will be too hot to do much in town), and “Champagne Tasting (21+)” and “Palo Dinner” on our one sea day.
I’ll think about taking DD off the tasting reservations bc she really doesn’t like alcohol. But she does like chocolate….
I’m a little miffed I can’t reserve the Royal Court Royal Tea without a kid.
Royal Gathering Booking Begins: Jun 26, 2026 - what time of day do I have to be ready to jump on this one?

I’m also expecting the Bahamas in July to be too hot to want to plan much in the ports, aside from a short stroll on the 2 private beaches for lunch and a swim and a cold beverage, and probably shopping for DD.

You should be ready at 12:00 AM (midnight) Eastern Time on June 26, 2026, to book the Royal Gathering. Because this is a high-demand, complimentary event, reservations often fill up within minutes. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Booking Tips for Success
- Time Zone Adjustment: If you are not in the Eastern Time Zone, adjust accordingly (e.g., 9:00 PM Pacific or 11:00 PM Central on June 25).
- Log in Early: Be logged into your account on the Disney Cruise Line website or the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app at least 10–15 minutes before midnight.
- Priority Order: If your booking window for other activities also opens that night, many experienced cruisers recommend securing your Royal Gathering slot first before moving on to online check-in or other reservations.
- Check Multiple Devices: Some users find the website faster, while others prefer the app. Having both open can provide a backup if one platform lags.
- Sold Out?: If you miss the midnight window, don’t worry. Check the app again once you are on board and connected to the ship’s Wi-Fi, or visit the Guest Services desk on embarkation day to see if additional spots have opened. [1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8]
