Anyone done a dining package at Sci-Fi lately? It’s listed as a participating restaurant on the main page:

But when I go to book it isn’t listed. (We are not really going until the following week, I was just trying to get an idea of availability.)
I had it booked at Sci Fi for late September, so it does exist.

That is weird.
I noticed you’re searching for a party of 5. Since the cars seat 6, I have found that you have to split your party up into multiples of 2 to be able to book the package. I had a party of 8 back in June and ended up booking 4 separate reservations (each for 2 people). You’ll have to book each reservation under a different MDE account. When we checked in at Sci-Fi we just asked the host if 6 of us could sit together in 1 car (all the kids) while my husband and I sat together in a different car. Maybe you could book 3 reservations for 2 people and on the day of call the restaurant to say someone in your party is sick and won’t be able to make it?
I have tried 2, I have tried 4, I think something is going on. 4 actually shows less availability than 5!
Is it really that popular?
The other thing I remember from our June trip was that the dining package was not available at Sci-Fi at 60 days out, but maybe about a week later they appeared. I would just check daily and maybe it will pop up.
As far as popularity is concerned, yes, Sci-Fi is very popular. My family loves it and it’s a must-do every trip.
