Is the Chase lounge only for Chase Visa Disney credit cards or can any chase credit card be used to gain entry into the lounge?

When do you expect more information to come out regarding the lounge at this years F&W?
Here is some info regarding the lounge. This states Disney Visa, however, it’s from the Disney Visa site so it may just be branded that way.
Has anyone heard anything about a preferred viewing area for illuminations this year?
