Extra Hour/Magic Mornings and Galaxy's Edge

On my Touring Plan for my Tuesday it lists Smuggler’s Run for 7:08 during early entry but from what I can find online Galaxy’s Edge won’t be open during early entries. Is this wrong information or are the plans wrong?

I’m seeing conflicting information.

This page on Disney’s website says that SWGE is not open during EMH. Also here.

But that’s an old post, and TP has data for MFSR actual wait times starting at 7am on EMH days. So I assume they have been opening MFSR with EMH. But that could change at any time.
