In past years there was a crowd calendar I could put in Excel and add meals etc. I can no longer find this format. Does it still exist? I converted the last one I had from 2023 to a PDF so I could upload it.

Try clicking on the “Row View” option in the upper right above the “monthly calendar” display. You should be able to cut and paste that!
