Epic Universe News & Planning Thread

Ok noted. I will book there. I had filtered by “walking to theme parks” and none of the cheap ones came up!

Well I would say this is very interesting news. I have not seen this reported but I don’t follow every bit of news.

Starting with bookings in January 2026 you can get a park hopper ticket that includes Epic Universe!

I am not seeing this on the UOR website, only the ones that include 1 day at Epic for 2025. Where might I find this offer? I just booked hotels an hour ago for 1/2-6 for our family trip and really want 2 days at Epic.

On the UOR website go to “Vacation Packages”

This will be your only package option in 2026.

You have to pick your hotel room to get to the ticket options…

You’ll see “4 park” options with Park Hopper. You can click on the “details” to get the screen I posted earlier.

So no way to get it without a vacation package? I assume they will eventually show up for purchase without a package. Guess I have to be patient (or buy the 14 day ticket from Attraction Tickets that might be overpriced for my dates since VB is closed).

Holy crap, I priced a vacation package for our first 2 nights with 4 day park to park tix for 4 people, and it’s about $1000 over what I am expecting with separate hotels (booked with AP discount today) and tix.

I am hopeful that with this park to park ticket showing up the AP add on will follow shortly.

Yeah it would be nice to have all the information before I buy park tickets for my family. I might buy an AP again, depending on a variety of things. But I need that info! I am not a very patient person.

I don’t see it now. This is the only way I can see the offer.

Of course they will! The park has only been open 6 days! It would’ve been great for every option to be available from the start though.

I keep saying I am going to Epic this year. However, my original plan was Feb. 2026. It’s looking more likely this is still going to be the case.

I’m hoping this is a sign that in starting by Jan. 1, 2026 all the ticket options will available - including Epic on APs!! :crossed_fingers::crossed_fingers:crossed_fingers::crossed_fingers:

I was going to go for a day or two during a WDW trip later this year, but now am going to wait until January so I experience it for the first time with the family. Part of that is because of the better ticket/AP (hopefully) options for Epic. Also the lack of shade means a late summer trip is a bad idea!

Concur hence my Dec trip!

I am doing the same thing.

But I keep waffeling about whether I want to do a day at Epic).with my family on our Disney trip over New Yeats (I would see you on January 2nd) or wait for a longer stand alone trip.

But that would be late May and you all are convincing about the heat…

Ten minute walk from Stella, 20 from Terra (or a five minute bus ride from either). Don’t stay at Helios; I had a terrible time there, and it’s not worth the price premium.

I have Helios booked for 2 nights this fall, but could switch. What made Helios terrible?

Helios definitely wasn’t in the budget for this trip! I was honestly tempted to go really cheap and do Cabana Bay but I have to research if that would allow me early entry into Epic? I assume via a bus.

I second. I also have it booked so I’d like to hear why you did not like it. Thanks!

I was idly looking at Helios for next month and the pricing is wild. Like, I can’t understand how it’s in anyone’s budget.

I feel that way about the UOR premiere hotels in general!! :shark:

Everybody loves that “free” UXP you get for IOA/USF though!! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I assume that this is exactly why Helios is priced so high. They need/want to keep it in line with the other premiere hotels. Only you are missing a crap ton of value at Helios to the tune of at least like what, $400/night??
