I think it’s awesome you renewed, and I’m so happy for you! I know how important these trips are for your mental health; I get it! I currently have two solo trips planned but will only end up taking one depending on the length of stay for my current foster placement. One of my penciled in trips is in February. When are you going?

Here’s your FIRST LOOK at the Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry attraction coming to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Ministry of Magic!
Upon arrival, guests will enter the Ministry’s jaw-dropping grand atrium and venture through other departments before boarding magical, omnidirectional lifts to watch the trial take place…until Umbridge attempts to escape.
Guests then join Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger and a house-elf named Higgledy in a thrilling chase that will propel them up, down, forward, backward, sideways and more throughout the Ministry as they try to capture Umbridge – all while dodging attacks from Death Eaters, rampaging creatures and more along the way.

How to Train Your Dragon???
Okay…the experience of Ministry of Magic looks to be so cool…but I gotta say…watching the video with the music of Harry Potter playing in the background has inspired me to watch the entire movie series again. The soundtrack gives me goosebumps!
It does appear they aren’t really planning to explicitly explain the transference in time between the streets of Paris to the Ministry of Magic…but ultimately, that’s okay…the ride experience at Ministry of Magic looks to be really cool.

I didn’t get the impression that it was set in the Fantastic Beasts timeline. Just it’s universe.
So it’s the same place, just current times.
I could be wrong about that though.

Lately I’ve discovered how much the Fantastic Beasts music has grasped me.
When that segment played in Cinesational, the music overwhelmed me. I absolutely love it!!

IMHO - It’s a mess!
I talked to Alicia Stella / Theme Park Stop yesterday about it. I thought it was a compromise due to the FB film’s underperformance that they pivoted back to HP.
She showed art and details going back to pre-COVID that is was always a mash-up
I get that they want to offer another location so it’s got more variety than more British food & etc… I just want one clear theme.
I adore the idea that we are at Umbridge’s trial!!

Plus, Hagrid’s is NEVER as long a wait as is posted. Every time, its been at most half the time expected.
My only complaint is the steam coming off the Blast-Ended Skrewt doesnt always work, so it looks more like its mooning you than threatening
Also, the unicorn at the end is lopsided and the skin is too big
