That order looks good. If you don’t have express, the lines will build quick. The trio in the back Galkin, Dolls/Fallout might start with much shorter lines but those first ones on your list will be 2 plus hours later. We saved Artista for last our first night and went to it early our 2nd night because I love that house.

It’s not to start with what’s short, but to start with what will bloom the most. Get the high waits done while the wait is lower

If you are willing to get in line at 4:00 then you can do all of your wait for FNAF before the park opens. I personally would skip Grave and Wyatt and head to the back before those lines build since the ones at the front are the busiest at the beginning. You can circle back later for Grave and Wyatt. I know Wyatt for sure is at 25 mins frequently through out the night.
I have no idea what times look like after midnight.

I think this is a good idea but a lot of people love Wyatt. I am only trying for 5 houses with my friends and express passes.. they have never been to universal and they want to do some rides. If we have time, I can always add houses.

Wyatt was our number one, no contest! I was thinking to circle back to it because the time seems to drop later in the evening.
It sounds like you have a fun and balanced night planned. I thought the Death Eaters in Diagon Ally were cool too.

This is the one I’m looking forward to the most. I do miss Bray Wyatt, and I’m really glad his brother is embracing his role now in WWE.

Oh, if you followed him you are going to love this house. In that case I would definitely do it early with the shorter line and do it again if the line drops. Unfortunately its hard to know what you would skip until you’ve done them all!

Oh yeah. Quick review of HHN.
We bailed after 2 houses 
. DD bailed after 1. We went into Freddie’s, and we just couldn’t get into it. Something felt not right in there. The biggest scare I got was from a non-costumed TM just standing between two cabinets.
As we were going through the line, we saw Roman Reigns from the WWE House. Oh he looked off. That’s when I said I didn’t want to do that.
My DD went to go play with her wand at Diagon Alley. We went to El Artista, which was actually decent. The story was much better told there. But none of the jump scares actually scared me.
One of the outdoor jump scare actors, the one in a huge raven costume, went scaring two kids hallway down the street. I gave him a high 5 as he was walking back.
I guess jump scares some actually do anything for me. Maybe haunted houses aren’t my thing.

Definitely not my thing.
I hate jump scares. But I have the kind of reaction where if I am scared like that, I may just punch you! I am not violent even an iota…but that sudden scare gives me the urge to hurt you!!

I think that my subconscious knows that they’re not allowed to actually hurt me or touch me in any way, so they’re not really a threat.

I don’t like haunted houses or jump scares at all. Did them when I was a teenager but I will never do one again.

FNAF was definitely all about the anamatronics and not the jump scares. I think a kid got Maggie and Chicha got me, and that was it in that house.

The initial entry building for Freddy’s is just a queue. There’s nothing “spooky” going on in there. Then it goes outside a door from the other side of the building that we came in from. Out there, we saw the Roman Reigns actor coming outside, I’m presuming getting some air before they went live. His T-shirt looked like it was some mass produced junk bought from their website. The facial hair was ok, but the top of the head hair was totally wrong. He also looked 6 inches too short and was not Samoan.
DW and I discussed that. It’s one thing for some farm two towns away seeing up their fields for some Halloween fun for the locals. It’s another thing for a theme park owned by a major movie studio to be lazy on the details.
Like Freddy’s. You said it’s about the animatronics and not the jump scares. Ok. Then I want to be immersed into the movie. Give me a big room that looks like some 80s kiddie arcade that hasn’t been touched in nearly 40 years, and give me the fear that I might become a pizza topping if I’m not careful.
It just felt like I paid all this money to get an experience on par with those family farm fright houses.

That is interesting. When we were waiting for the restroom we saw a switch out of the Terrifier House. They were all in black robes with hoods and came in, in a line and then 10 mins later we saw the swap out of people coming out - same black robes with hoods so you could only barely see their costumes.
For me, the anamatronics of FANAF were enough, but I was disappointed in Fallout never feeling like I was really in the show. And that set is super iconic and styley.

They were my thing when I was younger. Now I don’t want to be touched, put in a small room, or annoyed. I laugh in the face of people trying to scare me (even though I’ve hyped it up in my head). I’ve come to the conclusion that I don’t like the haunted house s in general, but I like the little jump scare opportunities that Halloween brings. I just don’t need to walk through a “house” to get that.
Once DS scared the ever living daylights out of me. I even hesitated ( because I don’t hit my kids) and still popped him a bit (in the arm/chest area, he’s was a large 15 and laughed but remembers moms got a decent swing). He got me good.

The advantage to hotel entrance is less people! It’s to the left of main gates from what I remember. It used to take you to the back of RRR and ?? Show blue man group? So idk where that leads to now. The entry to left is one street so if your ok going left you should be doing better. Please let us know..

Oh wow! You left after 2 houses! That’s crazy IMHO. We aka my adult 4 girl group never watched Freddies movies or such. Completely not interested. That was the only house we intentionally ignored and the highest wait time. I was disappointed purposely going to Daigon Alley and never saw death eaters. We waited 15-20 minutes. It didn’t happen. Daigon was empty so I can see doing spells. However we weren’t there for that. Jump scare and horror houses make me laugh and smile. Never feel scared. They also never touch you. So now you know…hope you got to walk thru scare zones. Shopped at store. Btw there are no pop up stores on the greens by RRR. That got me. I had to back track to the store again near mummy. I didn’t ride but 2 of my group did and we held their stuff so we didn’t have to get a locker. But had to backtrack there when I realized I never got a shirt..

Like I said above: I high 5ed the raven on stilts for scaring these two girls half way across the scare zone! . I also made stupid jokes with the zombie waiters at the DrIvE in. You are right about them not being able to touch you, so that’s not a threat. Now if they really stabbed someone in front of me, yeah, I’d be running for the hills.
Here’s something, and it can tie back to this thread. We went to Epic on Monday. We were 100% blown away! Super Nintendo World, all of our jaws dropped when we got through the portal. Ministry of Magic, we were speechless. The jobs they did to immerse us into each of the worlds was spectacular! Why couldn’t they have done about 10% of that effort into the haunted houses? The two houses we went into felt not much different than the neighborhood haunted houses. Why would I go all the way to Florida for stuff I can get here? They’re not licensing anything; they own the rights to these movie franchises!

You do understand that when Harry ended floo powdering the wrong way is because he mispronounced Diagon Alley, and went diagonally? 
And my DD loved the empty Diagon Alley during HHN. She had an absolute blast going around with so many fewer people. She was able to take in the entire area, and do everything. She maxed out the spell slots that night
