Was interested to see UOR have apparently now released 1-day tickets for Epic for 2025 - except they haven’t. Has anyone actually seen these on sale? I’m UK based and the UOR official retailer here (Attraction Tickets) doesn’t sell them. UOR direct in Florida recognises, I’m using a UK computer and only delivers the 1-day add on version. When I try via a VPN UOR somehow knows it’s a VPN and delivers a website server error. Are the 1 day only tickets just available to US guests?
Good question. I haven’t heard of UK tix on sale one way or the other. If you don’t get an answer here there is an EPIC updates thread with a lot of daily users. Some from the UK I believe. May want to ask there too.
Try clearing your cookies, and then firing up the VPN - I’m sure I’ve had to do that in the past to access the US site successfully…
Currently, the only way for international visitors to get single day Epic tickets is to buy an Annual Pass. You can buy six single day tickets per Passholder
Matt from UK doesn’t visit the forums anymore, but we still talk. This is what he had to do
That’s not quite right. I was already an AP holder. I bought the Epic tickets by using a VPN and setting my location to the US. When I needed to change them I called UOR (using Skype credit) and there were no issues with doing that.
Hi! Good to see you!
Nice username.
Hi!!! ![]()
I came soooo close to going to Preview days! I was on hold for hours and decided to give up. I am listening to my favorite theme park podcast (Podcast: The Ride) that got to go to Epic already.
It sounds amazing, but they did say that many rides were down and it took 90 minutes to get food.
I have done everything I can to avoid seeing any information about Epic. I’m sad to have cancelled my August trip, but the US is just not somewhere I want to go right now.
I am going to DLP in August and have some European long weekends coming up, too. Next year I will go back to Efteling in the Netherlands, which definitely merits a repeat trip.
I don’t miss WDW at all. I mean, I kinda did enough trips there to last a lifetime. And with a certain style
.
I miss UOR a little. I developed an emotional bond with the place.
The UK is getting its own Universal park opening in … 2031 ![]()
Before then is my 60th and I’m planning an Asian tour: Tokyo (Disneyland and DisneySea), Kyoto, Osaka (Universal), Beijing (Universal), Shanghai (Disneyland) and Singapore (Universal). To be clear, I plan on doing more than theme parks! The trip will be about a month long ![]()
Sadly I feel the same.
I had hoped we would get back to UOR in 2026 and check out Epic, but my revised plan is to wait about 4 years minus 3 months ![]()

I feel the same too. I was sad in Nov when I should have been there, but since then I’ve not thought about it really. I just don’t want to be in the U.S.
I’m replying too my own thread! Weird? Question from last March still stands. I don’t seam to be able to buy tickets just for EPIC as of Feb 4th. So will probably go the VPN rout. I had read on multiple forums that UO had lifted all the restrictions now but obvs not. Went on Labor Day and despite the breakdowns and crowds had a good day.
You can buy 1 day Epic from the UK because I’ve just done it - but you have to use a VPN and go to the US version of the Universal Orlando site. Also, it seems to remember cookies which override the VPN… so if you just do it as normal, it triggers the UK site. I had to use Chrome incognito, or clear cookies, then use the VPN to make it work…
