How early is rope drop now at EPCOT? Do you think the hours will stay 11am-10/11pm mid-October? I always enjoyed getting the early in the morning when it was relatively quiet and able to kick out most of the attractions in Future World before World Showcase opened.
Generally the advice has been to arrive 1hr prior to posted opening time.
As to what October will look like? That is so far away by now and with things changing literally every day right now it would be difficult to even guess.
