Emergency! can't use hotel!

I have a reservation for a standard room at Dockside Inn from Tuesday to Thursday, but now I can’t use it. Long story short, I was supposedto have a weeks vacation, and now I don’t.

I didn’t get the “cancel anytime” insurance because I wasn’t booking a vacation package, because I was going to use that BOGO park hopper pass. So if I cancel this late, I lose my deposit!

If anyone wants it, it’s yours for $200. I guarantee that’s cheaper that anything you’ll get at such short notice. Just Zelle me the money, and I’ll call and change the name on the reservation.

Have you called? Can you move the reservation? I have always found the team members very helpful (if you don’t find anyone to pick up the reservation).

I think you would also need to change the credit card associated with the reservation and that could make it hard….

Well this isn’t the first time I’ve been forced to change plans. But I’ve never cut it this close to the wire before

They said even if i changed the reservation, not cancelled it, I would still forfeit my deposit. So either way, I’m out $101
