Just finished up a trip at OKW - I got a survey but it was very not specific. I’d like to possibly email the resort about one issue, I’m curious if anyone knows of an email that will go directly to OKW and not through the regular “customer service” channels.
When you checked in, you should’ve gotten an email that said - welcome, if you have any issues during your stay - email us here…with a link. I’ve used that before (and did during this trip).
