I was thinking of having blaze pizza delivered one night to eat poolside (weather permitting) so we could savor R&R before heading into Epcot, but boy this sounds so much better.
We could always do Yorkshire F&C, Regal Eagle or La cantina in EP as we make our way FEA but it’s always nice to hang out a little longer at the resort after rope dropping.
On the above note: which would you choose on our arrival day for an early lunch: Yorkshire F&C or Regal Eagle?

We ate there last week and thought the food was very good, classic Indian food served with a modern twist with moderate spice levels. It’s a mixture between a QS and. a TS restaurant in that you queue up to order your food when you enter the restaurant then you find a table and they bring food out to you when it’s ready. Only negative point for us was that we got stuck in ordering line behind a group of people ordering to go cocktails (it was happy hour) each of whom wanted to taste several samples before ordering. Apart from that, service was good and very friendly.

That’s crazy! It drives me nuts when people seem to abuse this at ice cream parlors but I’m shocked they let people do this with alcohol!
