Thanks! Will check them out.
Thanks for the feedback from everyone, makes me really consider just how to approach EPIC. We are in Orlando for 2 weeks with Universal access for every day. We are staying onsite for two nights to get UXP at USF & IOA. We intended to do a full day with early park entry at Epic on one day….now considering maintaining this plan but pay a couple of late night visits throughout the two weeks to get on Battle and Mario Kart. Is this logical do you think?
I think that’s a great idea. It’s all doable in one day if you’re prepared to suck up a couple of really long waits, but evening visits to do one of the really big hitters would certainly make your full Epic day easier. Plus - it’s at its best at night.
Awesome to hear. Any indication of what time to aim to be in park for? Is the legend correct that getting in line 10 mins before park closing is a good strategy?
The drop off starts around 6, but it’s most pronounced after 8. I’m afraid I can’t tell you if that particular legend holds good for Epic. I know that BATM semi regularly announces an early closing (7 pm) to ensure all guests in line have ridden before 10:00pm.
With recent reports, I’m thinking of Epic being an afternoon and evening park. Maybe RD if you want to hit a few lines in the first couple hours but then leave.
But it seems the crowds drop in the later afternoon/ evenings. So that should be the better time to visit.
If the rides been down a lot during the day they will put in under capacity and not let anyone else into the line. You can watch times on the universal app and that will pop up especially this last week.
