Earliest ride times for FEA?

I know what the posted times are for World Showcase. What is the earliest time can I actually ride FEA?
I have been reading different reports that some people ride as early as 9am. Is this true?

Yes, FEA opens at 9am and has since the ride opened. On EMH mornings it opens at 8am.

FPP distribution starts around 11am I believe. At least that is the earliest time I was able to get on day 10 of my trip. The ride opens at park opening so 9am or 8am if EMH
