Have only seen <40 multi-night CC Cabins in total since 2024 and only 7 of those were in November. This is by far the lowest November recorded and there have only been a few others near or below this price in other parts of the year.

A solidly good price for Riviera in February. Might see a few more around this price over time and a few slightly lower randos, but I wouldn’t count on many.

Low February price for BLT! This last February we only saw 2 listings this low, in 2025 there was a cluster at or below this about 40 days out and only 3 in 2024. Verdict: Not too likely we’ll see more.

For December, this is the low water mark for Riviera 1 BR pricing except for a couple of randoms in past. Typically see about 3 at this price each Dec but in 2026 this is the 6th. Few are longer stays.
FWIW: This is a Resort View, but checking the Disney direct cash price: Preferred 1BR is going for $1,710 before tax without discount. (Not much availability so couldn’t find a resort view or any with the 20% discount added in this time frame.)

SSR listings tend to appear closer to check in than other resorts. Previous years we’ve seen about 25 listings at this price level. This year so far only 6! This is a winner.
