OK - there have been 37 total AK Club Kiliminjaro studios, overall median using all of the data is $521.
For October specifically (3 listings) the median is $575.
Of course, with so little data, those monthly medians are pretty squishy, so I’d look to cash rates for more better comparisons.
Also, FWIW, 9 of those listings were down as Kidani and 28 were Jambo.

Welp, David’s added TWO more almost identical Savannah view listings - same dates and length, but $400/night instead of $383. But IMHO the assessment still holds: While these are closer to median, even at 6-nights - being Savannah view too really pushes these into the very nice deal zone.

Let’s do a slightly different analysis!
If you are steady in your May dates DVCShop just dropped a group of long OKW listings that are showing up as right at median or just below for the month - but I think I am due to re-crunch those monthly medians since looking at the charts, these are really better than that and more like 10% under.
When just looking at 6-nights or longer, the charts tell us we will see more of these long stays and some will be lower priced - BUT we are talking a dozen total May listings tops according to historical data.
Even if the chance one or two will show up on dates you want to go is decent, that chance you actually score it when closer in time is probably a lot slimmer than one would like.
If you are comfortable with booking a (likely or mostly) non-refundable rental this far out and these dates work for you, I think they are very solid ones to grab.
