Low volume room, especially in FEB so the monthly median is kind of squishy, but this is certainly at the lower end of prices recorded.

Using the All Dates chart since there are only 14 FEB listings in the data since 2024.
You can see there have been a few MUCH lower priced listings, they seem to begin appearing under 50 days out, but most of those under 14 days out.

I’m a #frugaldude so anything priced over a few hundred $ just makes my wallet itch - but even though there does not seem to be any availability for any BW rooms in Feb AND this is below median, seems super aggressive in both price and LENGTH OF STAY this late in the game. But, for your consideration.

In March, it doesn’t get better than this for Boardwalk studios in dedicated listings:

Same here for this price - although there were two super crazy rando last minute listings last March.

Not only is this BLT 1BR a rare-ish room in general and prices in May down this low are even more rarealicious - a 7-night is almost unheard of. The next nearest 7-night listing in May was $150/n more.

This is the low end of the range for CC studios in December -

The number of listings drops quickly when limiting to longer stays, and thus makes the median even further below.

In reality: for December listings, there has been only three other listings that appeared near this price in the past and only ONE of those was closer to check in than this one!

This is not a cheap room by any stretch, BUT: is the lowest March price recorded for this room AND is a super rare 7-nighter. The only other two listings of this length were also this year and were priced about $1500 and $1700/night/

While we will likely see a few more Kidani listings around this price as we get closer to December, the majority of listings for this room around this price appear RIGHT NOW at 11 months out and slightly after that.
