I would not expect any longish listings like this to appear at this price or below in August.
Could happen, probably won’t.

There were some lower listings for this room in January 2023 and a couple of super crazy low 2-nighters last year. But this price is about as low as you might expect to see, especially for a rental of this length or longer.
5-night OKW Studio 01/25 for $210/night or 26% under
Again, except for some rando of a crazy deal, this is the lowest end of the price spectrum for this room for a longer listing.
Looking at the price by days out for Januarys - if I knew I was going that month and I was OK with a rental 6 months out, I’d be all over this one.

That 1 BR is cheaper than the Jambo and Kidani studios I’m seeing for my dates in December—they remain ridiculously high. Appreciate the site you put together to track prices, JJT, it saves a lot of time.

Kidani 1BR are not a high volume listing, especially in July where I’ve only recorded 26 multi-night listings since 2023. All except one of the lower listings in this chart are for less than 5-nights.
