I would search @JJT s sheet. There’s a ton there. And August should have some good rates even if it’s not the low, low ones highlights in the thread.
I only post some of the few extreme prices each refresh, there’s more than 2100 listings out there at any given point, so searching will open up the possibilities for sure.
You can use the form fields to narrow down the field as much as you want - if, say you only want listing 2-nights or longer that cost $300 or less AND are at least 10% under median, you’d make these selections and hit search:
You can also select dates, of course, but the more restrictions you put on the search the fewer hits. Flexibility will always find the best deals if you can move your trip around.
Right now you’d get a quick 43 listings to surf through.

BTW: If you are locked into those August dates, there haven’t been many big discount listings for them so far…
To get a feel for the possibilities, you can search Past dates and select the same dates last year to see if anything appeared in the same time frame. Doesn’t mean the same thing will happen again if there were, but probably worth a look.
There was one VERY nice Jambo 1BR for 55% under median on 8/4/2025, showed up 17 days from check in.

Up until the 12:08 refresh today it was the 2BR LO, then poof Studio!
(So, now 10% OVER median price.)

A few interesting new 1-nighters over the next week if you can use one - this one’s my fav of the bunch:
1-night BLT Studio 05/30 for $297/night or 33% under
Very Nice Price Drop - this is the 2nd drop in the last day for this one:
6-night BW Studio 07/11 orig $392/night now $317/n or 23% under median
If just looking at 6-nights or longer - low probability to see another of this length at a lower price.

For these date ranges, most of the BW and BC ones are higher than the AP rate. But that one, especially tax free was fantastic. Night owls unite!

so- I just did a video tour of an OKW deluxe studio.
Is that actually any bigger than an All Stars room?

Yes. The OKW rooms are the largest on property across room types
A studio is 390sq ft
An All Stars room is 260sq ft

To be fair I don’t think the space is used well. But also you can turn cartwheels in there. Plus the lanai is enormous
