Believe it or not - this sub-$200 SSR studio is “only” 14% under median vs month of Sept historical prices.
But, I am thinking ANY Deluxe resort that low is a 101% win.

In truth - chances are we’ll see more SSR studios at this price or lower as we get closer. But, of course: past performance may not depict future availability. 
There were a fair number more lower priced listings in 2024 than there were this past Sept - but once you get to sub $200 prices in WDW resorts, we’re talking small volume in the overall scheme.
There are several other new Sept listings that fall in the same bucket: Price vs the all-dates median is up in the 13%-26% under range, but using the monthly SEPT median they are in the 1%-9% under range.
Funnily enough there is a SEPT Riviera studio that is 8% under median vs all dates and is 10% OVER median the monthly median. Crazy, man, crazy.
