This could have been sarcasm, sorry if I didn’t pick up on it. I was curious about the same thing and skimmed the official rules section.
“Winner may use the 250 Vacation Points toward a vacation of their choosing using their Disney Vacation Club Membership. 250 Vacation Points will be credited to the selected Winner’s Master (main) contract, will mirror the Home Resort of that Master contract and will be placed in the next Use Year to allow flexibility of use. The points will be eligible for Home Resort Priority, eligible to be banked or borrowed, and eligible to be used for any Exchange portfolio or deposit program. Any points that have not been used or banked will expire at the end of the Use Year they are placed in.”
