Does Reservation Finder Not Work Sometimes?

I had been trying to get a breakfast reservation at 1900 PF since last week. (Changed from O’hana)
I added a request in the finder, but was still checking MDE (more like stalking) on my own several times a day. Every day. Finally found a slot today for 9:25. Not the ideal time, but I booked it. They also had availability at 10:55. Never got an email or text from the finder.

My understanding is that it’s people manually doing the searches, not an automated system, so yes, sometimes it “doesn’t work.”

Oh my! That sounds like an administrative nightmare. Glad now that I paid for the subscription to this site. That’s a whole lot of work.
