Good question. I don’t put ADR confirmation numbers in my plan usually, but I think it does show the notes. So if that’s where the number is, I’d say yes.

ETA I can see it so I assume everyone else can too. That said, I don’t think there’s much someone could do with it if they didn’t know the name it was booked under, if that’s your concern. I’ve not been asked for the number, only our name.

I don’t know, I’ve never done that. Just had a look and it asks for a last name though.
I would remove the reservation number before publishing the plan.
