Does Optimize and Evaluate no longer work without the Multi-pass and Individual?

I’ve been using Touring plans for more than 10 years. This is the first time that I am seeing such bizarre behavior. Whether I select that I will or won’t be using the new Multi-pass and ILL, it is saying things like Peter Pan will be 9 minutes and Tron will be 3 (and that is after Rope Dropping 7 Dwarfs). What is going on?

Sounds like a bug.

@molga001 did you get anywhere with your query? I’m fairly new to this and the wait times on my plans seem really low but I’m not sure if the plan thinks I’m using lightning lanes or not. I would prefer not to buy them unless I have to, but in the arrival time column, for most of the rides my plans shows a purple box outline with “LL/MULTI” inside or an orange box outline with “LL/SINGLE” inside. I’m not sure if these symbols show that the plan is assuming I’m using LL’s even though I didn’t turn the toggle on for them when optimizing my plan.

@andreaberry78 It doesn’t seem like they have fixed whatever bug is going on with MK wait times. I don’t think it is assuming you are using lightening lanes. I was confused by that too but I think that is where you would input your time if you were using that. I suppose if you purchased MLL or ILL 7 days in advance, you would input that and optimize your plan accordingly. Otherwise, you don’t have that info when you are creating your plan. I really feel for the TP folks since Disney keeps changing their system constantly. I was shocked that it had changed between December and January! Keeping up with the constant changes between fast passes to Gentie + to MLL / IL that you have to buy at 7 AM to MLL that you can buy 7 days in advance (if you are in the right kind of hotel), and the ILLs that you can buy at 7 AM (or maybe that has changed now??) and the virtual queues that are available for this ride or that and then aren’t again is a full-time job. For many of us, the full-time job pays for the trips and prevents us from getting a PhD in Disney’s ever-changing systems. Long story short, after using TP for over a decade, it’s just a bug. You can’t figure it out by adjusting walking speed or any other hack. Maybe they will fix it soon?

Haven’t been on forum for a long time. I’m on chat much more. Saw this thread and was relieved/saddened that the TP plan bugs were ongoing. Honestly I can’t imagine how TP folks are even implementing all these crazy Disney changes. Been using personilized TP for 10 years, also. It was amazing. Could rely on wait times every time. Saved us from really all lines, even during spring break once,

Just this week, I returned to MK plan to add minutes for a longer aftn break. When I evaluated, low wait times turned into 30 mins and more. Yikes. Do you think they will be able to correct the bugs?

In other words, the plan had huge wait times just 1 day after the plan had been completed.

I should have mentioned I was relieved b/c I was started to think it was me. Which was weird b/c formerly I could zap thru those plans like a pro.

Is it just a bug for MK? Or all 4 parks?
