Disneyland FP questions

Just wondering where I can find a comprehensive list online of which attractions and character meets offer a FP option.

Also - what’s the latest news on whether there are any FPs that are “off the books” so to speak - in other words, that I can get while I have other FPs. I think at one point I read that WoC or F! were like that.

Last I heard, all the systems were now integrated so that there are no more “off the books” FP.
