If anyone uses it and gets a different offer than the 100K points, Frequent Miler reported trying in different browsers and or refreshing etc could get it to appear.
Pro Tip: As a card/bank that allows you to erase purchases coded as travel, you could use 100K Cap One points to erase $1K of tickets purchased via Undercover Tourist. 
Caveat: travel erasing is never the most efficient use of flexible points, you will often do better transferring to an airline/hotel and getting more than 1 cent per point.
BUT: Even as an optimizer human, I don’t let that stop me from travel erasing if I find value in saving something like $1K, especially if I have caches of other points programs to use that can also be transferred to airline and hotel.
