We will have our car and want to hit EMH at AK from Yacht Club. Somewhere on here I’ve read that the parking lots sometimes are late to open, which would make driving a bad idea. Should we take the Disney bus?
We drove to EP early one day last month: arrived around 7:10 for an 8:05 ADR on a 9:00 (I know. But we were so excited!) and there was no one in the booths to check our Pass but we were still able to get in the lot and an attendant still directed us to a parking spot. Not sure if that’s typical, but surely they would be prepared for people to come park prior to EMH?

Drive! The parking lots will be open early, there just may not be anyone in the booths. Just drive on in.

A couple of years ago AK lot opened late but that is no longer true.

I have always heard AK parking is open but unattended at EMH and that the parking is great! If I ever had a car on property I would probably self drive this one.
