Disney+ Subscriber Room Offer Question

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to book POR using the current Disney+ room offer; however, my husband is the account holder for our Disney+ subscription, but he is unable to make our upcoming trip. The offer details state that you have to show proof of Disney+ subscription and the subscriber has to be on the reservation. How true do we think this is…specifically the proof of subscription? Will we have to go to the front desk of the resort to show we are subscribers and if he is not with us, then what happens? I’m traveling with our three children, so I was thinking of putting my husband on the reservation instead of one of the kids. We aren’t buying park tickets, so I’m not worried about that piece of it.

What say ye???

I have no authority on this, but having booked the POR offer myself, it’s specifically for the 5th sleeper rooms. So why not put your husband on the reservation along with you and all 3 kids? I doubt you would have any issues. Assuming you have the login to his account you can access it and show your family has Disney+ if needed. It wouldn’t be that unusual for a family member to arrive later than others so you could say that if anyone asked. But I doubt they would.

Pretty sure I have used this discount in the past and not been asked to see anything. Since it was booked on my Disney account that is linked to my Disney+ account, the system automatically verified I was eligible when I booked it.

Agreed that you could just put your husband on the reservation if needed even if he’s not showing up.

I’m going to POR solo on this exact same offer in 19 days! Too good to pass up!
