My in-laws have decided to join us at Disney Springs for dinner the night we arrive. I tried to make a reservation and almost everything is full. Does Disney Springs take walk ins or do they pretty much only take reservations?
Walk ins might but possible, but I would look at OpenTable. Some restaurants like Boathouse and Morimoto Asia can be booked through OpenTable and I have found it much easier to find availability there rather than through Disney.
