Disney Springs planning

I am struggling with a plan for Disney Springs. Specifically when to go to Gideons’.

Our firm plans are to see Drawn to life at 5.30 and to see the drone show.

We would also like to eat at Blaze or Eet and try an ice cream from Salt & Straw.

Also shopping.

This will be a Friday afternoon/evening. Should we try get our name in the Gideons’ VQ before going to the show or would it be too risky that we would be called while we were in the show? Would there be enough time after the show? Do we need to get to DS super early to guarantee cookies? Am I overthinking this?

Yes. Even if you get called during the show just show them the text when you return to the queue and they will let you join. We’ve done this when we see a movie several times.
