I bought some gift cards Monday but the website says their are known issues not allowing transferring of one card to another. Been that way since Monday. Is it the same way for everyone else?
Yep. The issue has been persisting for all.

Yes, people have reported that you need to transfer by phone, you need to have the original purchase location as well as the original amount that was put on the gift card. @JJT also recommended having your browser open to confirm the transfer before you end the call. He said it’s been very tedious.

Pretty funny timing. Just got off the phone after calling in to get the balances transferred. Thankfully it was quick an easy.
I did the remove and add and that did fix the issue.
