Does it seem like the parks are not nearly as busy as in past years?

There has been a marked decrease in crowds this year, so it’s not your imagination. It’s still busy, but if you’re comparing to 2022 or 2023 it will feel more relaxed. Part of that is the post-Covid boom has abated. Part is Epic Universe perhaps pulling the attention away from WDW. And part of it is no new headliner attractions since Tron / Tiana.
Disney is charging more so their revenue is actually not suffering too much from lower crowds.

Wait times look crazy low today. I do think it is usually the Friday and Saturday that have been consistently crowded in the past (kinda like the days after Christmas), and MK may get crazy this evening?
