Since I’m checking into the Swan on Thursday, did you use Lyft from MCO? Was it easy, and how long did it take driver to get you? And by chance are you doing any kind of grocery item order? I’ve seen mixed reviews on what Swan/Dolphin allows or if you have to be there to accept delivery yourself in the lobby.

Regarding the tree - it might be natural but with Disney landscaping, you never know.
