Dining options on at Epic resorts

I haven’t heard much about table service restaurants at the Epic resort hotels. Anyone here have personal experience?

Bar Helios menu looks good but quite pricey. Flora Taverna looks similar (same kitchen?). And it seems Stella and Luna don’t have any table service restos. Am I missing anything?

We’re arriving early afternoon in late November at Stella Nova and will be looking for a nice sit-down dinner. Probably will end up in CityWalk. (How long is the shuttle bus ride from Stella Nova to CityWalk on a Friday around 5:00 or 6:00pm?)
