Deleting expired tickets in UOR app

Does anyone have any experience in deleting old expired tickets or travel parties in the wallet portion of the UOR app? I have a variety of spellings of our names from TMs inputting them incorrectly as well as repeated names and I’d like to clean it up. There doesn’t seem to be a delete button anywhere.

Thanks!

I am following this thread since I also have old Grinch breakfast tickets.

Old tickets do eventually fall off but it takes years

Yeah, there are some Child tickets in there and that “child” is 17 now, so it’s been awhile. LOL.

But it’s also a problem because there are so many names too. I’m personally listed as my name 3 times, my name in all caps twice, and my name misspelled. I had trouble linking my one day Epic ticket to my AP because I can’t easily find which one my AP fell under. I’m about ready to just delete the account all together and open a new one with a different email.

I’ll update if I get any kind of a response from UOR help desk.

Yep! This is the only way I know about. I also had Grinch Breakfast tickets and HHN passes that took multiple years to go away…

They don’t disturb any new tickets you buy. It’s just annoying if, like me, you like everything well organized!! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I called customer service yesterday because I couldn’t figure out how to attach my vacation package, including park tickets, to the app. Turns out the app is only for tickets, not packages or hotel reservations, so there’s no way to attach the tickets from a vacation package until you get to the resort and pick up your tickets.

Anyway, while I was on the phone, I asked them if I could delete an old travel party member who wasn’t traveling with me anymore, and she said that that had to be done by the support staff. So after a very long time on hold, during which she came back several times to check if I was still here, she reported that they had deleted the person from the travel party.

I received an email back from the help people. They were able to at least delete the repeated names, so now I’m down to just 6 from what was 18!!! But they weren’t able to delete the expired tickets, so they contacted the IT department. Stay tuned…

I went to guest services this past July and the team member deleted every name that did not currently hold a valid ticket. I too had 18-20 names associated with my account.

Actually, this is not correct, according to a different agent I spoke with today. The app is supposed to be able to link your vacation package or hotel reservation, but right now it’s not working as it should. It’s a known issue and they’re working on it, but there’s no estimate on when it might be fixed.

They told me that since I didn’t book my hotel in the app that they had no way of adding it. :woman_facepalming: These companies are worth billions of dollars.

It was my first visit to UOR so I didn’t really realize how little you really even use the damn app.

And now I’ve discovered that I can see my hotel-only reservation in the app, but not my vacation-package reservation. I can see both in my account on the website.

Did you book an AP rate? Can you book an AP rate in the app?

I did book an AP rate but I have no idea if you can do so within the app!

I looked around in the app and under AP discounts it did take me to the website where I could book a hotel under the AP rate. Not sure if that helps.

Thanks! I will play with the app today.

I had checked about 6 weeks ago and I couldn’t see or link my hotel reservations in the app. I just looked again because of your post and @ljmcg ‘s post and now I can see my next two stays.

Are they room-only or are they packages? I can only see my room-only.

They are room only. I have an AP.
