We are planning to watch the New Years fireworks on December 30th at the Poly. We are staying at Pop and will have our car. Listened to a podcast where Len described the gridlock leaving MK on New Years Eve. I’m wondering how it is leaving the area on Dec 30th. My idea is to drive to MK to RD that morning and take the bus back to Pop for our long break and take Disney transport back to Poly later in the evening. That way our car is at TTC (hopefully in a decent spot). I’m thinking this approach could give us an advantage leaving. Thoughts from anyone that’s done fireworks at Poly for New Years? I’ve considered the valet route as well but not sure if that’s consistently allowed on such a busy day.
