Does this mean if I use my Refill mug as my beverage and exchange my meal plan beverage for another side/snack at my Resort? Trying to make sure I get the most bang for my buck! 
That’s the way I read it. Similarly, if you’re not a big soda drinker, you could get the complementary cup of ice water and sub your drink for an extra side or dessert at any CS location. That might really help people splitting CS meals to save credits (or because they’re light eaters).
I never thought of that, good idea!
