Well I already had my pay-in-full date for my October cruise but I should probably not think too hard about this.

This is the only one in October so I’m guessing your cruise wouldn’t qualify!

I’m not sure I can make this work…

On the other hand, that seems like an awesome cruise!

I mean, I wouldn’t say no if guests 1-4 sailed free!

It’s actually an outrageously good price for a family of 4

The airfare will kill you though

That is true!

So you’re saying we can stay with @ThorKat for cheap? I’ve always wanted to crash the Crasher. :boar:

I don’t know that anyone said that actually

So it says you can’t combine with other offers. Does that mean even with a placeholder?

I’m about to get on the Treasure next week, and I’m going to be coming home with a couple of placeholders. . .

Do it!!

I have a list of 30 sailings Oct 2025-April 2026 that somewhat, mostly work with what we know of our family schedule to (very big) maybe use a placeholder BUT none of them have had an appealing enough price for us to jump, even with a placeholder.

I cross-referenced my list of 30 with what’s included in this offer and there 3. So I may have to go have a little looksy to see if this is any more tempting. :eyes:

But we are also leaning towards booking when the Fall/Winter 2026-27 bookings open (any day now please!) and use the placeholder for something there.

And we have 2 cruises booked, Nov 2025 & June 2026, so it’s not like we don’t have anything to look forward to. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I just have a thing about making spreadsheets to price out and compare itineraries that I can’t seem to quit.

Typically, you cannot use placeholders with other discounts. You’d need to use the placeholder OR the offered discounts.

This being said, there are exceptions. i recently had a guest who applied a discount to a reservation that had been made with a placeholder.

I don’t know whether it is allowed in this case, however. It would absolutely be worth a call!! The worst they can say is no.

Yes, that would make sense, and I expect it is probably a no. But as @OBNurseNH notes, that is not always true. I guess I wondered if we have a definitive answer on this one.

I’m about to sail on a stacked discount. I used my placeholder, plus 20% off for a diverted itinerary. That was more exceptional circumstances, though.
