We are going for a week in early December. It used to matter to choose which park on which day, for example don’t go to MK on Saturday, etc. With the new LLMP, it seems the best policy is to put the most difficult-to-get rides towards the end of your trip. We have APs so can easily hop, but to save time don’t want to be jumping all over the place in the mornings. So does it matter any more which day you start at which park? Anyone have experience with this to share? Thanks!

Since you are going during Holiday season, I strongly recommend going to MK on a party day. Crowds are low. But it is packed on non-parrty days.
Since you have a hopper if you want to see the fireworks, hop over at night, but don’t go during the day.
Other than that, Epcot and HS are usually a little better on weekdays. Especially Epcot.

Ditto what @heathernoel said. I think between that and what you said about putting the hardest to get LL later in the trip you’ll be golden.
