Hi! I see in the crowd calendar that the day of Halloween,Oct. 31st, crowds are quite low. Is this accurate? I assumed this would be a very busy day to visit.

I think historically it has been. We went Halloween 2014 and it was on a weekend even and it was very nice & uncrowded. (It was also a rainy day though too so not sure how much that had to do with it).
I have heard that with it being the most expensive party & most people wanting to do their usual Halloween Day (i.e. school parade, etc.) it isn’t a huge local draw to be at DLR on Halloween Day, BUT I feel like it could easily be one of those days that people are catching on to (like how Superbowl Sunday used to never be crowded) that draws people in hoping to catch a low crowd.
