One days 4 & 5 I had some amazing class work and field experience with DI. We got to go behind the scenes at the Contemporary Resort and have a “Chopped” style salsa cook off judged by one of their chefs and then we got to do a pre-opening leader walk at Animal Kingdom and see everything that goes into prepping the park for the day.
Met up at MK with the family on day 4 and did SDMT and then at the Swan on day 5 for a character dinner and finished the night off at Epcot with Mission Space, The Seas, Soarin and Illuminations.
