I’d honestly like a bit more of an idea of what Wish is about. I mean, is the king supposed to be evil? Did he kidnap Asha? You can’t tell anything from the trailer they’ve released so far.
Whoever is handling the Disney/Pixar trailers as of late has not been doing the greatest job promoting the movie, and I think that is part of the issue they’ve been having with the box office. People don’t know what the heck the movie is about. A great singing voice like Ariana Debose and a talking goat(?) isn’t enough to make me have to rush to the theater with no clue what I’m in for. You can do trailers that explain what the point is without spoiling things.

The dulcet tones of Chris Pine’s voice are enough to make me rush to the theater though…
honestly, I can only figure out the evil king thing…and that’s about it. It doesn’t seem that interesting, you’re right about a vagueness to the trailers.

So true. I heard Elemental was fantastic but I have no interest because of a combination of having no idea what it is about and it looking visually so much like Inside Out.

I was the same until we saw it in theatres on a whim and I LOVED it! It’s a must watch for our family now. My kids will be watching it on repeat when it comes to D+.

Dinosaur will apparently be turned into Indiana Jones. I’m assuming they’ll just port over the Disneyland version.

It’s already basically the same track and vehicles. So yeah. Maybe a different story, but…
(I do think Dinosaur doesn’t go down as much as Indy though. Hopefully they can keep the FL version that way!)

Random thought while watching the livestream…
I know I’m not a big shopping/fashion person, but I have NEVER heard of Lug bags before today and they’re acting like it’s a household name. Am I the only one who’d never heard of them?
And if they’re not well known, whoever made the pitch to be the Presenting Sponsor should be doing the marketing for Disney and Pixar movies!

Regarding the “new Tree of Life show” - on the DPB page that is providing updates it specifically says “Tree of Life theater” so that tells me the bugs are being evicted.
