I think you can only pull off those outfits off if you have geometrically shaped heads.
Phineas’s is way easier to pull off than the raised waistline on Ferb’s. But Ferb’s could work on a 2 year old. Without the geometric heads it’ll only be the superfans who pick up on it though.
