Just read your notice the current free dining plan offer. We have a 2 bedroom villa booked at Beach Club 12/9 - 12/16. Booked in February with points. Can we take advantage of this free dining offer?
Some one else should come along to give a better answer, but my understanding is that only certain rooms are available for the free dining plans, most of which are already booked. I would suggest you contact your travel agent to see if your room is eligible.
If you are booked using DVC points the short answer is No 
free dining is not included in DVC stays.
I have been unable to find any free dining reservations still available. Either they are all filled or the site is glitched
