It looks like the week of October 20 has some atypical hours, like the Halloween party on Sunday/Monday, not Tuesday, and EPCOT closing early on October 22. The Touring Plan app shows a MK crowd of 7 on Monday, Oct 21 (which is a party day) and a 2 on Oct 22 (which isn’t a party day, and is the day EPCOT closes at 5 pm). It has EPCOT as a 6 on October 22, when it closes at 5 pm. Am I missing something or does this seem like it would be really inaccurate?

TP probably has not updated their hours and CL yet, to match what Disney has for official hours. You’re right that party days will have lower CL due to the shorter park hours. EP closes early, probably for a private event. Those are one-off events and can vary by date and time each year. TP likely has not adjusted for that.
If you have your trip set up in TP, they will notify you of any park hour and CL changes for your dates.
I wrote TP several months ago about MK crowd level on the 22nd but nothing has been done… it has a CL2 as it was supposed to be a MNSSHP day, now it isn’t but they haven’t change the CL prediction…
I’m also looking forward to go to EPCOT on the 22nd, I hope that since it closes at 17:00 it will be a CL2 or CL3, not a CL6 as TP suggests.
On that week my plan is to:
- Go to EPCOT and MK when they close early.
- Don’t go to a park on days where there are Extended Hours (HS and EPCOT)
I think this is a great plan for that week.
